STAYVUE / LONG-TERM RENTALS

Refund Policy

Version 2026-09-28-r7 · StayVue Inc.

1. Try the app before purchasing

StayVue includes a 14-day free trial without requiring a payment card. Use that time to evaluate the features, device compatibility, record imports and backup workflow. The trial does not automatically charge you. Continuing after it expires requires a separate purchase.

2. Case-by-case review

Purchases are generally final. We do not offer an automatic money-back guarantee or refunds simply because you change your mind, stop using the app or did not use the trial. We consider requests individually when there is a legitimate problem, including an accidental duplicate charge, purchased access that was not provided, or a material technical defect that support cannot reasonably resolve. These are examples, not a restriction on rights required by law.

3. How to request a review

Email billing@getstayvue.com from your purchase email if possible. Include your order or receipt reference, purchase date, a clear description of the issue and any troubleshooting already attempted. Contact us promptly so we can investigate. Do not send full card details, passwords, recovery keys or unnecessary tenant information. There is no separate voluntary 14-day refund guarantee after purchase. Any applicable legal deadlines or mandatory remedies take precedence.

4. Review and outcome

We may request reasonable information to verify the payment and investigate or resolve the issue. We will explain the outcome by email. Submission does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available; processing time depends on Stripe and the payment provider. Refunded purchases may lose the corresponding paid access. You can still keep an encrypted backup or readable export of your rental records.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a legal warranty, cancellation right, refund or other remedy that applicable law requires. Where a mandatory right applies, we handle the request under that right rather than treating it as a discretionary exception.
